The virtual banking solution remains accessible 24x7, offering content and document sharing facilities, digital marketing services, in addition to the video, audio and text-based chat services. This allows banks to offer greater value to their customers, resulting in higher customer loyalty and satisfaction scores.

An in-branch deployment of the same solutions is the Extended Virtual Teller equipped with the same functionality of a regular branch teller. The integrated Queue Management System controls and manages the workflow in the bank, guiding customers through their transactions and directing them to a physical teller, if required. The Extended Virtual Teller solution comes with video, audio and text-based chat in addition to document sharing utilities. Customers can instantly take the printouts of the required forms and reports using the built-in printer.
